We use 6061-T6 aluminum, the highest-grade variant of 6061 available, ensuring exceptional strength, durability, and performance in both street and race environments. Every part is engineered, prototyped, and tested in the USA, undergoing rigorous real-world evaluation on multiple vehicles—including our founder’s personal E90 N52 race car.

Before any product reaches our customers, it must withstand true race-condition abuse, not just theoretical testing. If a component doesn’t meet our standards, we re-engineer, refine, and test again. Only parts that prove themselves through repeated high-stress validation ever make it to the TortSport lineup. Our commitment is simple: if we wouldn’t trust it on our own builds, we won’t sell it.
